Question 1

What's included in the pool party package?

Accepted Answer

Your R2,200 opening special covers 3 hours of exclusive use of the pool, covered patio and garden. It's a private, hosted celebration for you and your guests.

Question 2

What happens if it rains?

Accepted Answer

Johannesburg weather can change quickly. If heavy rain makes the pool unsafe to use, we'll work with you to reschedule your party to the next available date at no extra cost. Light showers rarely stop the fun under our covered patio.

Question 3

What should we bring?

Accepted Answer

Bring swimsuits, towels, sunscreen, and any birthday cake or catering you'd like. We provide the venue and the setup of the covered patio and garden play area. We'll share a full 'what to bring' checklist once your date is confirmed.

Question 4

How many children can attend?

Accepted Answer

We're finalising our comfortable capacity for the opening season. When you submit your enquiry, let us know your approximate number of kids and we'll confirm what works for your date.

Question 5

Where exactly is the venue?

Accepted Answer

We're in Randpark, Johannesburg. To keep every celebration private and exclusive, we share the exact address once your booking is confirmed.

Question 6

How do I book?

Accepted Answer

Use the Book Your Celebration button or message us on WhatsApp. Our venue manager will confirm availability and walk you through the next steps.
